PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED, AND MUST BE MADE BY BANK SWIFT OR
CASHIER’S CHECKS. A 25% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR GROUPS UPON CONFIRMATION;
ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS WILL BE SPECIFIED AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION.

Hotels / Lodges listed in the TOURS will be used in most
departures. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, Hotels & lodges
substituted will be equivalent to those shown.

when comes from a Travel Agency or a direct client. If payment is made by wire

1) If the client wish to be billed directly to his credit card, a CC

processing. Charges will be posted through our account with a Mexican Bank. Please request a C. C. Authorization Form to pay by this method. Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
2) As an optional method of payment, Mexico Unique Tours use

which is a C.C. payment processor based in the USA, with the highest security
standards in the market. Client must comply with all standard procedures and

in order to be billed. If client wish to pay by Paypal, an email request for
payment will be sent to the clients email address, just follow the step

ANY CANCELLATION RECEIVED 14 NATURAL DAYS
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE IS SUBJECT TO A CHARGE OF 25% PER BOOKING.
CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 3 NATURAL DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE AND NO SHOWS
ARE SUBJECT TO 50% CHARGE PER BOOKING. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED
SERVICES.
2.- GROUPS:
NO CHARGE IS APPLICABLE FOR ANY
CANCELLATION RECEIVED PRIOR TO 30 NATURAL DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. THERE
WILL BE NO REFUND FOR UNUSED SERVICES. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN A PERIOD OF 29
NATURAL DAYS TO 3 NATURAL DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE DATE ARE SUBJECT TO A
CHARGE OF 25% TOUR PRICE. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO
DEPARTURE AND NO SHOWS WILL INCUR IN A MINIMUM CHARGE OF THE TOUR PRICE
PLUS ANY CHARGES LEVIED BY SUPPLIERS. |

THE TOUR MEMBER AGGRESS TO THE FOREGOING AND ALSO AGREES THAT NEITHER THE
COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES OR SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES SHALL BE OR BECOME
LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR NON COMPLIANCE IN THE RENDERING OF SUCH SERVICES, OR
FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON, PROPERTY OR OTHER WISE, IN
CONNECTION WITH ANY ACCOMMODATIONS, TRANSPORTATIONS, OR OTHER SERVICES,

MEDICAL QUARANTINES OR CUSTOMS REGULATIONS, DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS OF OR
CHANGES IN ITINERARY OR SCHEDULES, OR FROM ANY CAUSE BEYOND THE COMPANY'S
CONTROL, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM IMPROPER OR INSUFFICIENT
PASSPORTS, VISAS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS, AND THAT NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OF
ITS AFFILIATES OR SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES SHALL BE OR BECOME LIABLE OR
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE OR LIABILITY SUSTAINED OR INCURRED BY
THE TOUR MEMBER AS A RESULT OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING CAUSES.
